In the brief ceremony at 6:30 pm at Quanzhou Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy, Chen Zhonghua Taiji was authorised to teach in public parks and communities in the city of Quanzhou, Fujian, China. President of the Quanzhou Taiji Association, Mr. Wei Xiannong officially made the announcement. Master Chen Zhonghua received the official plaque on behalf of the Quanzhou Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy.

Chen Xu and Gerry Gebhart of Phoenix were with Master Chen Zhonghua at the event.
The is the 13th Chen Zhonghua Practical Method workshop in Quanzhou. Quanzhou Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy was established by Zhuang Yan, a disciple of GM Chen Zhonghua.
Master Chen Zhonghua's workshop starts Oct. 13 for two days.
