Dear Master Chen,
I would like to thank you for your generosity in teaching Chen Style Practical Method Taiji. Having been exposed to your teachings through the various videos, last year’s Sydney workshop and training on Daqingshan I feel as if I have scratched the surface of what I have been searching for in my Martial Arts journey.
I would be honoured to become one of your disciples. I do realise that becoming a disciple involves great and considerable investment in time and effort. Practical Method is however something I am very passionate about.
Regardless of whether I will be accepted as a disciple or not I will continue to practice and incorporate your teachings in my everyday life. I will continue to represent Practical Method to the best of my ability.
